To get started:

1. Assign each employee a row. Add their employee ID photo, their name, and the title of their position to the relevant sections.
2. Use the pre-made column categories to assess each employee’s quality, initiative, teamwork, knowledge, and timeliness, or replace these with your own metrics.
3. Assign each employee an overall rating and determine whether or not they are meeting company expectations.
4. Add any notes you have about each employee's performance in the “Notes” section.
