Validate your product concept with a proof of concept project
Many groundbreaking products and services start out as imaginative concepts, but not all concepts are actually feasible for you and your company. How to use the proof of concept project template in Lucidspark
- To start your proof of concept project, first define your goals and metrics for success.
- Then, set up a workshop for your team and share your template via Lucidspark’s virtual whiteboard. As you invite everyone to contribute to the board, it will become your one-stop shop for all of your proof of concept project documentation.
- As your workshop progresses, have team members add sticky notes with their ideas to the board in the appropriate spaces. You may want to assign each participant a collaborator color so you can more easily keep track of everyone’s contributions. You can also use Lucidspark’s Zoom integration to further facilitate communication.
- When the brainstorm is complete, you can start a Voting session in Lucidspark to receive the team’s input on priority items.
- Then, assign the “Week One” tasks for different teams, using Lucidspark Cards to create action items.
